It all began in 2017 with one Sicilian Family and a dream.

One day as was throwing around an idea I came up with with my Sicilian family and after 2 hours of just spit balling and brainstorming we all came up the concept of Pasta al a Cart or Carte. Now its a reality and we hope you enjoy it !!
